Need reliable internet on the go, at home during outages, or at a site with no fixed line? The Tenda 4G185 4G LTE Pocket Mobile WiFi, available at Talisa Technologies (talisaphones.co.ke), is a compact, plug-and-play MiFi that turns any SIM card with a data bundle into a private WiFi hotspot for up to 10 devices. If you’ve been searching for the price of Tenda 4G pocket WiFi in Kenya, this portable router is a practical, affordable way to stay connected anywhere there’s mobile network coverage.

Built for portable connectivity, the 4G185 is a strong pick for anyone searching for a pocket WiFi in Kenya, a 4G MiFi router with SIM slot, or a mobile hotspot for travel, work, and backup internet.

Why Choose the Tenda 4G185 from Talisa Technologies?

The 4G185 supports 4G LTE Cat4 with download speeds of up to 150Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50Mbps, enough for HD streaming, video calls, and quick downloads. It’s truly plug and play: insert your SIM, power it on, and connect, with Auto-APN configuration removing the need for manual network setup. A 2100mAh rechargeable battery keeps it running for roughly 10 hours of use (up to about a week on standby, per the 150Mbps version’s specs), while a small display shows signal strength, battery level, connected users, and data usage at a glance. You get your own password-protected network with WPA/WPA2 encryption, a much safer option than public WiFi for banking, work, and private browsing. It supports multiple 4G LTE bands, including B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20 (FDD) and B38/B40 (TDD), plus 3G fallback, giving broad network compatibility. Please confirm band support with your preferred network provider before buying. Newer hardware versions of the 4G185 add Wi-Fi 6 for speeds of up to 286Mbps and a USB-C charging port, so ask our team which version is currently in stock. Shop with confidence at talisaphones.co.ke, your trusted destination for genuine Tenda networking equipment in Kenya.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Tenda 4G pocket WiFi price in Kenya?
Pricing varies with market conditions and stock availability. Contact Talisa Technologies directly at talisaphones.co.ke for the current price and any ongoing offers.

Does it work with any SIM card?
It accepts a standard Micro SIM from compatible mobile networks. Because it supports common 4G bands, it works with many providers, but confirm band compatibility with your network and make sure the SIM has an active data bundle.

How many devices can connect at once?
Up to 10 devices can share the connection at the same time.

How long does the battery last?
The 2100mAh battery gives up to around 10 hours of active use on the standard version, with longer life on standby. Actual time depends on usage and signal strength.

Is this a router for a home fibre connection?
No, it’s a mobile hotspot that uses a SIM card’s mobile data. It’s ideal for portable use or as a backup, not a replacement for a fibre line.
