Job Purpose: Drive both in-shop and online sales through excellent customer service, social engagement, and social media content creation to grow our brand presence and increase sales. Duties: Warmly assist walk-in customers and recommend products. Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram & TikTok customer inquiries promptly. Pack and hand over orders to delivery riders. Create and post engaging short-form content on TikTok & Instagram. Coordinate online order fulfillment and update stock status. Track and log daily sales (in-store + online). Requirements: 0–2 years retail or customer service experience (electronics preferred). Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok content creation. Good communication skills in English & Kiswahili.
